Temporary Assistant Professor of Music Education
DATE OF APPOINTMENT August 2011
RANK AND SALARY One-year Temporary Assistant Professor of Music Education.
Salary commensurate with credentials, experience, and
reputation.
QUALIFICATIONS Doctorate or professional equivalent in music education with
emphasis in secondary choral, including advanced knowledge of
choral literature, vocal production, and conducting.
RESPONSIBILITIES · Teach choral methods and literature
· Teach voice classes for instrumental music majors and non-music
majors
· Teach methods courses for prospective elementary teachers
· Assist with field experience supervision
· Supervise student teachers
