Dear Graduate School Applicant:
I am thrilled that you are considering a graduate degree in Gerontology at the University of Regina. This is a
new graduate degree that is overseen by the Centre on Aging and Health. It is an interdisciplinary
programme with collaboration from the Faculties of Arts, Kinesiology and Health Studies, and Social Work.
Opportunities for qualitative and quantitative research in the field are wide ranging with supervisors who are
leaders in their disciplines. This brochure will provide you with an overview of the programme; however, I
