Following is a summary of Graduate programs offered at the University of Regina with typical costs for first, second,
third, and fourth year students in each graduate program.
TUITION: Effective September 1, 2011, tuition for doctoral (PhD) students is $1242.00 per semester; for Master's
students is $194.75 per credit hour; for Master's of Public Policy (Johnson-Shoyama Graduate School) students is
$1242.00 per semester; for Master's of Public Administration (Johnson-Shoyama Graduate School) students is
$353.75 per credit hour; for Master's in Business Administration-International (Kenneth Levene Graduate School)
students is $483.33 per credit hour; for Master's in Administration-Leadership, Business Administration and Human
Resource Management (Kenneth Levene Graduate School) students is $633.33 per credit hour. For Master's
Certificates in Johnson-Shoyama Graduate School, tuition is $353.75 per credit hour; for those in Kenneth Levene
Graduate School, tuition is $633.33 per credit hour; and for all others tuition is $194.75 per credit hour.
COURSE FEES: Effective September 2008, Graduate Studies students will not be charged course fees.
COMPULSORY FEES: Effective September 1, 2011 full-time compulsory fees are $197.20 per semester, which
includes Student Union and Student Union related fees ($61.50 for full-time for one semester), service fee ($61.80 for
full-time for one semester), and recreation and athletic fees ($73.90 for full-time for one semester).
