NEW FOOD SERVICE DIRECTOR BEGINS TENURE AT RESIDENTIAL
DINING HALLS
Houston, June 6, 2011 After a semester-long search for a food
service director to lead the residential dining team, UH Dining
Services has brought Mohamed Jouini on to fill the role.
Jouini graduated from the Tunisian Air Force Academy and holds
a distinguished diploma from the Defense Language Institute in
San Antonio, Texas. He began his food service career as a
catering manager for the Omni Hotel in San Antonio and joined
ARAMARK, the company that currently provides food services at
the University of Houston, in 1995. Jouini's most recent position
was as a residential food service director at New Mexico State
