June marks the beginning of a number of important processes for both new and returning students!
These are the important things you need to take care of in June:
Residence application and deposit prior to June 9:
o A special welcome from us to all new undergraduate students! If you are planning to live
in residence, be sure to apply AND send your residence deposit prior to June 9. To apply,
click here. (Your room assignment will be communicated to you in early August.
Requests for changes to room assignments are not accepted until the first day of
classes. Please do not call to request a room change.)
Pay outstanding debts by June 15:
o If you have an outstanding debt, you must pay it in order to participate in course
selection in July. Please pay any outstanding debt by June 15, 2011. Log on to SOLUS to
view your financial account to see if you have any outstanding debts. Click here for
information on how to pay.
Get Enrolment Appointments June 15 and see the Course Timetable June 17
o Students in Arts & Science, Commerce, Education, Music, Nursing, Physical
Education/Kinesiology, and Engineering & Applied Science can log on to SOLUS as of
June 15 to view your Enrollment Appointment time, which is when you can begin to
choose some or all of your courses. The final 2011/12 course timetable should be
available in SOLUS as of June 17 for you to start your planning!
