Student Ambassador
Job description
Department: Student Administration and Registry
Location: Varies - as advised by the UK Student Recruitment and
Outreach Team
Job title: Student Ambassador
Responsible to: UK Student Recruitment and Outreach Team
Payment and benefits: £6.42 per hour
Duration: Activities are ad hoc and schedules will be worked by
availability and agreement between the Student Ambassador
and the UK Student Recruitment and Outreach Team.
Overall Purpose of Job:
· To work with the UK Student Recruitment and Outreach Team at on-campus and off-campus
activities as a Student Ambassador.
· To be a positive student role model encouraging young people to consider university as a
viable and attractive option.
· To offer support to all the young people and fellow staff members involved in the activities, in
a safe and friendly manner.
