BIOGRAPHY
Shuwu Wu is a Senior Principal Systems Engineer with
Raytheon Company. He holds a Ph.D. degree in Physics
from California Institute of Technology, 1992, and has
over 14 years of experience in systems engineering,
digital signal processing, networking, algorithm design
and modeling, and software. His recent work involves
MSAS precision approach performance improvement,
equatorial SBAS algorithm development, and the Joint
Precision Approach and Landing Systems.
Stephen Peck is a Senior Engineering Fellow for
Raytheon Company. He has 22 years of experience with
Raytheon / Hughes Aircraft Company in the navigation /
precision guidance field including 10 years designing
