Center
outreach
program,
and
I
do
hereby
covenant,
for
myself/my
child
and
my/my
child's
heirs,
assigns,
executors
or
administrators
and
dependents
with
the
said
NORTHEASTERN
UNIVERSITY,
its
incorporators,
trustees,
officers,
faculty,
directors,
employees,
and
agents
that
neither
I/my
child
nor
they
will
ever
sue
the
said
NORTHEASTERN
UNIVERSITY,
its
incorporators,
trustees,
officers,
faculty,
employees,
and
agents,
on
account
of
any
claim
for
damages,

injury
