Summary: 1 Description of Linnik Simulator Facility
Firstly download and unpack LinnikSimulator.zip file. Run
LinnikSimulator.m file. The "Linnik simulator" window will appear.
Using the list boxes in the left part of the frame it is possible to adjust the
fringe parameters: NA, upper and bottom boundaries of the light source
spectrum, the type of light intensity distribution and parameter OPD
describing the deviation of beam splitter from its designed position. The
default quantities are NA=0.9, Lambda1=460, Lambda2=720, OPD=0 and a
not flat spectrum which is approximated here as
)/()(*51)( 121 --+=F .
In the right side of the frame there are 4 buttons:
1. Default pushbutton allows restoring of the default values of the
fringe parameters.
2. P-SCAN pushbutton calculates P-fringe for a given set of
parameters (the technique of calculation is described in [3]) and
displays it.
3. Z-SCAN pushbutton calculates Z-fringe for a given set of
parameters (the technique of calculation is described in [3]) and
displays it.
4. AUTOCAL pushbutton performs the autocal procedure described
