After a short presentation of FEMTO-ST Institute, N. Chaillet will focus on the microrobotic issues
more specifically addressed at FEMTO-ST. The talk will cover several aspects of the microrobotics
area:
- microactuators and their control: mainly piezoelectric. Magnetic shape memory alloys will be
