BIOGRAPHY
James DiLellio is currently a senior systems engineer at
Raytheon Company. His previous work experience at
The Aerospace Corporation includes performance
analysis of several satellite systems, including the GPS
crosslink subsystem. He is currently a member of the
Total System Integration (TSI) team. He received his
Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from Northwestern
University, Evanston, Illinois, in 1997.
Phuong (Peggy) Tran is currently a senior engineer at
Raytheon Company. She has been involved in reliability
engineering for various projects. Currently, she is
working as a systems engineer in the Virtual SATNAV
Testbed. She received her Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics
