offer of accommodation from the University of Southampton you are confirming that
you have read and understood the Halls of Residence Regulations and that you agree
to adhere to these. If there is anything you do not understand please contact our
Student Services Centre in the first instance for factual information on the contract

This document sets out the Regulations and code of conduct for you, and those
living around you, in University Halls of Residence. Much of the document will appear
as common sense but it is important that we set this out in detail so that all
Residents understand what is expected of them to facilitate an appropriate living
environment
