Abstract
We present a Remote Monitor System for distributed applications using the Dynamic Soft Real-
Time System (DSRT) and a centralized directory server as a resource directory. The Dynamic Soft
Real-Time system was built to achieve guaranteed CPU allocations to real-time (RT) applications
