February 27, 2012 To Whom It May Concern

Summary: February 27, 2012
To Whom It May Concern:
It is with great regret that I must inform students that the survey questions about both
Galbraith Hall and A.S. services will not be included as a part of the Special Election
ballot during Weeks 8 and 9, as previously planned. This is due to an internal
miscommunication, which resulted in the survey questions being added to the Spring
Election ballot, rather than the Special Election ballot as intended. Unfortunately, we
cannot add the survey to the ballot at this point without removing the entire ballot from
TritonLink.
I wish to assure students that we still intend to garner feedback about Galbraith Hall and
A.S. services. The survey questions will remain on the Spring Election ballot for students
to provide feedback. Additionally, the A.S. Director and myself are currently looking into
avenues for gaining feedback regarding the Galbraith Hall survey question prior to the
Spring Election.
I deeply apologize for this error, and I welcome questions or concerns about this matter.
Please do not hesitate to contact me at asgeneral@ucsd.edu.
Sincerely,
Courtney Hill
A.S. Advocate General
