elcome to Cornell! We couldn't be more
excited for your arrival on campus. New
Student Programs and the Orientation
Steering Committee are here to welcome you to
the Cornell community and to help you familiarize
yourself with all Cornell has to offer.
As you know, the journey through college can
be incredibly rewarding, but it can also present
challenges. We have planned a series of events
just for you, to help make your transition to Cornell
as smooth as possible. The events listed in this
Transfer Orientation Guide are meant to familiarize
you with Cornell's campus and resources, and to
give you ample time to meet and mingle with faculty,
staff, your Orientation Leader (who was also a
transfer), as well as other new transfer students.
You should have also already received the New
