Summary: Text a Librarian
It's as easy as it sounds! Just text your questions to 306-570-1216 and one of
our knowledgeable library staff at the Information Desk will answer your
queries.
This service is an addition to our growing list of mobile resources available to
library patrons at the Archer Library. Text a Librarian will be available during
the Information Desk hours: Monday - Thursday 9:00 am - 9:00 pm, Friday
9:00am - 5:00pm, Saturday 11:00 am - 4:45 pm, and Sunday 1:00 pm - 9:00
pm.
If you have a smart phone you also have the option to use the chat box (Ask
Archer) via the Archer Library mobile site.
Text a Librarian uses a local phone number, so in most cases charges for
incoming and outgoing texts should not occur, but check with your cell
phone provider to see what your plan covers.
