Description of Education
This program prepares students to teach modern and classical languages such as Spanish, French, German, and Latin in pre-school
through 12th grade. Students earn T-4 (initial) certification to teach in Georgia public schools. Students must apply to this restricted
major. Requirements and prerequisites in the teaching field (e.g., Spanish) should be considered in choosing courses in the first and
second years.
