Course Objectives
Marketing 310 is a strategic marketing course that deals with high level marketing issue turning challenges and
opportunities into profit. It incorporates lectures, discussion, hands-on exercises, analysis, presentations and real-
time competition. The course is dynamic and interactive, designed for students who can regularly attend.
Benefits of Lectures
The class will address a series of high-level issues that are critical to setting sound strategy in marketing. These
lectures are designed and continually updated to provide highly relevant knowledge and tools to set strategy in
what is presently a complex business environment. A detailed strategy tool-kit will be provided.
Class lectures will be augmented with guest speakers who bring specific expertise and experience in areas that
directly relate to marketing strategy. They are integrated into the curriculum to provide students with a range of
perspectives, to observe how theoretical knowledge is applied `on the street'.
