Required Text: A readings package available at the bookstore, along with a set of
cases and URLs to a number of articles available electronically for
you to download, will replace the textbook. These materials are
compulsory reading for the course.
Objectives: This course is the capstone HRM course. Here you will focus on
thinking strategically about HRM. We will discuss why HRM
functions must be internally consistent and supportive of the
organizations strategy, but also why employee well-being,
