The team is responsible for planning and providing direction for the Human Resources Department to
ensure that the University's people practices are aligned with the mission and goals and strategic
priorities of the University. Responsibilities include long-term planning, policy development,
communications, budget and resource allocation.
Employment & Organizational Development
The team works with managers to ensure that the organization's leadership, structure, relationships,
learning, diversity agenda, and recruitment align with the University's mission. Consultants partner with
their clients to identify objectives and design organizational interventions that enhance the ability of
people to reach those goals. Consultants provide proactive, collaborative and consultative service to the
