Summary: Intent to Apply for Funding Subsidy
SPRING BREAK 2011 - ALTERNATIVE BREAK SERVICE TRIP
Any student hoping to organize an Alternative Spring Break Service Trip during Spring Break and who
plans to apply for funding should complete and return this form by January 7, 2011 to the "ASB"
envelope on the bulletin board outside the Center for Community Engagement, Paresky 204.
We understand that many things may change between now and the time you submit your application for
funding, and that you may not yet have all the information requested below. That's fine! Please provide as
much information as possible to help get us all get started with planning.
After submitting this Intent to Apply, you'll need to fill out a full application. Here's a timeline for the

January 9 (Sun) Information session for all ASB organizers 7:30 p.m., Paresky 210
January 10 (Mon) Full applications available
February 2 (Wed) Completed applications due
by February 11 Notification of funding
March 19 (Sat) Spring Break begins
