Electric field tunability of the dielectric
constant of a Bi1.5ZnNb1.5O7 thin film grown
by rf sputtering on platinized sapphire. At a
measurement frequency of 1 MHz, the films
show dielectric losses of ~ 0.0005 and a
dielectric constant of ~ 180. The tunability is
about 55 %.
Electric field tunability of the dielectric
constant of a Bi1.5ZnNb1.5O7 thin film grown
