ABSTRACT
The Virtual Technology Center at the University of Houston has
developed a web application, called VClass, that completely
automates the process of capturing and publishing in-class
lectures on the web using nothing more than a standard computer.
The captured lectures are distributed to students as streaming
video that includes audio, notes, and any projected media.
Beyond classroom capture technology, VNet also features
