Floyd Dykeman welcomed Nancy Tissington, Manager, Spring Garden Business Area
& Jessica Murray to the committee.
Munro Day & St. Patricks Day
Constable Long provided an overview on HRPs efforts on the designated police patrol.
Munro Day the officers worked Thursday and Friday evenings. noise complaints, only
four in two days; nine liquor tickets and 10 motor vehicle tickets issued.
Two officers will be working 3 p.m. until 1 or 2 a.m., they are starting earlier this year
than last (5 p.m.) and will be enforcing a zero tolerance on noise complaints.
There have been a number of break and enters near Dalhousie and on Dalhousie. They
seem to be unrelated incidents. Constable Long and Director of Security, Mike Burns
have been working well together on these efforts. Dal security has provided HRP with
video and photos, has resulted in the identification of several youth involved in an
attempted incident.

Mike Burns reported on the break and enters, in and around LeMarchant Street during
the extended February break. This has seemed to come to an end now that weve
