Learning Objectives
This course is designed to assist you in improving your skills and confidence as an effective
communicator in an organizational context. You will explore the issues faced by
organizations in communicating internally with employees and externally with diverse
stakeholders. This course will focus on both oral and written communication, in both formal
and informal formats.
