In this paper, a low power capacitive 4-PWAM
transmitter architectures and circuits design using
Carbon Nanotube Field Effect Transistor (CNFET)
and Carbon Nanotube bundle interconnects is
presented along with its performances analysis
considering random jitter and PVT variations. A
