COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This course (BUS 417) is an introduction to marketing principles on the internet for
business students. It is intended to develop a broad understanding on internet marketing concepts
with specific management examples and applications.
COURSE OBJECTIVES:
This course is designed to introduce modern internet-based marketing concepts to
students having little or no prior exposure to the area. It will cover the marketing roles and
potential of the internet as a tool for business to increase competitiveness, effectiveness, and
efficiency, in organizations, information, functions, and decision process. Fundamental on
marketing knowledge helps students to understand the basis elements quicker.
