Recognition of Involvement-
Student Leadership Award
Description
Recognition of Involvement in Student leadership will be given in the sum
of $100.00 once each term to one student whose activities have
contributed to significantly enhancing the educational experience of
students in the Faculty of Social Work and/or has enhanced the
community through involvement in social work related experiences.
Recipient's leadership may be formal (e.g., through involvement with
student governance) or informal (e.g., through volunteer work within the
local community). The Recognition of Involvement award is available to
students in the University of Regina, Faculty of Social Work off-campus
program in Saskatoon. Students may receive the Recognition of
Involvement in more than one year in a multi-year program.
Nominations
Nominations can be made by:
1. Current social work students (one can nominate oneself)
2. Social work faculty, instructors or staff
