Description of Education
This program prepares students to teach English language and literature in middle and high school (grades 6-12). Students earn T-4
(initial) certification to teach in Georgia public schools. Students must apply to this restricted major. Requirements and prerequisites
should be considered in choosing courses in the first and second years.
