Summary: Double-check you're registered in the right courses by September 23, 2011
The deadline to add or drop courses (for 100% reimbursement) using SOLUS is Friday, September 23,
After the 23rd, adding courses can only be done with the permission of your Faculty Office. This is
done manually by students (filling out forms, collecting signatures and processing paperwork) and not
through the SOLUS Student Center.
After September 23rd, only partial refunds will be given to students due to course changes. Please see

Adding Courses after September 23rd
Please remember that multi-year courses are made up of two components `A' for the Fall term, and `B'
for the Winter term. To register for these courses, you must:
Multi-term Courses (A & B Components):
1. Pick both the A and B components for that course; and,
2. The A component you pick must match the B component exactly.
This means that if you add an A course, you must also add the matching B course. Also, if you drop an A
course, you must also drop the matching B course, or vice-versa.
Please check your schedule carefully (using SOLUS) by September 23rd. Make sure that the courses
