COURSE OVERVIEW AND OBJECTIVES
This course continues and builds upon the study of financial accounting commenced in
BUS 285 and BUS 385. It extends students' understanding of Accounting Standards for
Private Enterprises (ASPE) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
through an in depth examination of complex recognition, measurement, presentation and
disclosure issues.
