Context:
ANR Grant FETUSES: Non Stationary and Multifractal Statistical Analyses of Per
Partum Fetal Heart Rate for Asphyxia Diagnosis.
Application profile:
The FETUSES research project aims at developing statistical signal processing tools
for per Partum Fetal Heart Rate characterization with aims at performing early detection of
fetus acidosis and asphyxia.
FETUSES intends to hire a postdoctoral collaborator to contribute both to the
developments of characterization strategies alternative to those already envisaged, and to the
handling of the large database, to which analyses will be applied.
He/she is expected to have a solid theoretical background in statistical signal processing as
well as a significant experience in large database handling (or at least to show a strong
willingness to acquire such competence). Preference will hence be given to applications
gathering both skills in statistical signal processing and in real-world data analysis.
