David Cutler
Already an accomplished engineer upon his
arrival at Microsoft in 1988, Dave went on
to found the team responsible for shipping
Windows®
NT 3.1 in 1993.Through at least five
major releases shipping to over 500 million
users worldwide, Dave has been the key
technical brain behind the Windows operating
system. He holds the elite title of Senior
Technical Fellow at Microsoft Corporation.
