Borriello and Ebeling Win University
Distinguished Teaching Award
Professors Gaetano Borriello and Carl
Ebeling were co-recipients of one of four
1995 University of Washington Distin-
guished Teaching Awards. This marks
the first university-wide teaching honor
received by CSE faculty, and the first
time the Distinguished Teaching Award
has been shared between two faculty
members for their collaborative efforts.
Borriello and Ebeling are known as in-
spiring instructors. They routinely re-
ceive some of the highest student evalu-
