Course Objective and Content
While maintaining strong focus on the fundamentals of finance, this course will examine
many of the issues of starting and maintaining an entrepreneurial venture. We will cover
all 11 chapters of the required text as well as some additional topics that will include
raising capital, asset valuation and business strategy. We will discuss many real life
business situations using cases and entertain a number of guest speakers.
PREREQUISITES:
BUS 288 and BUS 290.
