What are we doing?
Every five years or so, Facilities Management (FM)
initiates a strategic review of the University's built
and natural environment to evaluate its current
state and to plan for the future.
How will it get done?
The planning process will unfold over roughly ten
months and involves four phases. Each phase builds on
the outcomes of the previous phase - outcomes that are
built by your imput and participation in the process.
Why are we doing it?
This is the most strategic thing FM does to ensure
that its efforts to serve the university community
are in tune with the strategic direction of the
University and supportive of the significant and
evolving needs of students, faculty, staff, and the
