Quantify numerical error using adjoint-based solution-verification methods

Use goal-oriented mesh refinement on the 3D grid for the Cappelli
experiment

Perform a study of different jet momentum ratios on the above simulation

Investigate uncertainties due the specific turbulence model(s) used

Characterize unstart as a function of the above (numerical error, jet
momentum ratio and epistemic uncertainties from the turbulence model)

Quantify unstart in real ScramJets, specifically HyShot
