Freshly isolated islets from CD1+ female mouse (no GFP expression) were used to calibrate the cell
sorter before GFP sorting began. (E) Plotting both SSC and FSC shows all cells collected as shown by
the highlighted gate. (F) Only singlet or non-aggregated cells were used for e cient cell sorting.
(G-H) Two distinct populations of cells were collected separately for further analysis.
