10:15am - 12:15pm: Calculus Examination for Biological Engineering and Environmental Engineering Students
This exam is optional for all new Biological Engineering and Environmental Engineering majors who wish to: a) earn credit
for Math 1910; or b) determine their placement in the Freshmen Engineering Math sequence. Location of exam and
additional information concerning options will be contained in July mailing. For information email The BEE Department
bls19@cornell.edu.
12:15pm - 3:15pm: Biology Meeting for First-Year Students * Call Alumni Auditorium, Kennedy Hall
Faculty, staff, and student advisors will introduce first-year students to the biology major and help with schedule planning.
(Transfer students should attend the 6:00pm meeting.)
6:00pm: Biological Sciences: Transfer Advising Meeting and Dinner * G10 BioTech RQ
MANDATORY for students planning to major in Biological Sciences. Meet with faculty, staff, and student advisors who
will introduce you to the major and offer course selection advice.
