Abstract
The `Knowledge Age' has fuelled the need to
capitalise on organisation-wide Intellectual
Capital with the aim of gaining competitive
advantage vis-à-vis a higher return-on-knowledge
and experience. In this paper, we propose a novel
tacit knowledge acquisition and representation
strategy using Scenarios based on the assumption
that tacit knowledge can best be explicated
through controlled challenge situations. We also
