1976, he accepted a job with a small but relatively new PepsiCo
salty snack company in Mexico, Sabritas, to become its
marketing director.

In 1993, he was given the assignment to jump-start the scale of PepsiCo Foods International's
(PFI) presence in Latin America. Rebolledo expanded the geographical footprint from four
countries (Mexico, Puerto Rico, Brazil, and Chile) in late 1992 to 15 countries by 1998.
Rebolledo's responsibilities expanded in late 1996 when the Asia and Australia salty snack
systems were added to his business portfolio.
