As President of the University of Regina and
Chair of the Canadian Bureau for International
Education, I strongly believe that the best

from each other. I'm proud to say that the
University of Regina is exactly that type
of university a dynamic institution with a
diverse student body and a global reputation
for teaching and research. International
students account for approximately 1,250
of our 12,000 students, a number that
is increasing each year. These students,
who come from more than 90 countries,
