AY 2011-2012 AWARDS
Innovation in the Franklin Multicultural Curriculum
Tenure-track faculty are invited to submit applications for the, "Innovation in the Franklin
Multicultural Curriculum" grants. The goal of these awards is to support and encourage faculty
to develop new courses that would be appropriate for the college's multicultural curriculum or
to significantly revise existing courses in order to be included in the multicultural curriculum.
These awards can also be used to engage in diversity innovation in the graduate curriculum as
well. Two awards are available per academic year; $2500 will be awarded for each. In order to
apply for these awards please submit the following:

Proposed/Revised Syllabus
Narrative on how the course will address the goals of the Franklin
Multicultural Curriculum
