The Untold Story of the Genocide of Aboriginal Peoples in Canada by Kevin Annett
Who: Kevin Annett, a former United Church minister who blew the whistle on his own church
after he learned of thousands of deaths in the Indian Residential Schools.
What: A public talk where Mr. Annett will present evidence on and discuss the consequences of
publicly speaking out on Canada's darkest secret the extermination of Indigenous peoples and
the theft of their land under the guise of religion.
When: Friday, September 10, 2010 at 7:30 p.m.
~ preceded by Smudging, Pipe Ceremony and Feast, Friday, September 10 at
6:30 p.m.
~ followed by a Sharing Circle, Saturday, September 11 at 10 a.m.
Where: Theatre Room 119, Research and Innovation Centre Building (New Lab Building),
University of Regina. Free Parking in Lot 15 (look for signs).
