You can put the file wherever you want as long as you know how to navigate to that directory. In this exercise, you will move the file to a server so your mother back home or your friend in St Louis can see it. 1. If you are in the Computer Science Labs, SSH Secure File Transfer will be on the desktop. There are other ways of transferring files, so if you need to do it from your laptop, you will need to see the tutors for help. |
