Abstract
In this paper, the state space partitioning in
the interface of the hybrid control system is
modeled using covering halfspaces; this formu-
lation extends the model introduced in [7].The
covering halfspaces are used to define a set of
plant events and a discrete event system model
is generated which captures the behavior of the
plant and interface of the hybrid control sys-
tem.
