Summary: BIOGRAPHY
Dr. In Soo Ahn is an associate professor of Computer and
Electrical Engineering at Bradley University. He received a
Ph.D.inelectricalengineeringfromIowaStateUniversityin
1983,wherehespecializedinestimationtheoryandKalman
filtering. Sincethattimehehascarriedoutnumerousstudies
in navigation and control, for both aviation and marine
applications. His work has been published in a number of
papers and book chapters. Most recently, Dr. Ahn has
developed IMU strapdown routines and IMU and trajectory
simulationsforTISI.
Dr. Jim Sennott is President of Tracking Imaging Systems
Inc.wherehedirectsdevelopmentofadvancedGPSreceiver
prototypesandGPSsimulationtoolsforNavy,AirForceand
civilian clients. He received the BSEE from University of
DelawareandMSEEandPh.D.fromCarnegieMellonUniver-
sity. Prior to his present position he was professor of Com-
puter and Electrical Engineering at Bradley University. He
holds four GPS patents and has published numerous papers
on integrated demodulation /navigation techniques, and
