I am the Director of Customer Service Solutions for Sun Life
Financial Canada. I am Responsible for the delivery of solutions
that support customer service in all lines of business (Retail,
Pensions, Group Benefits) and through any channel (phone, paper,
e-mail, web).
The road to a math degree for me
was decided when UW put the
Computer Science program inside
the Math Faculty. Still, I've always
believed that the discipline
required to study advanced
mathematics shaped the way I
approach problems and provided
an excellent companion to the
structured thinking needed in the
IT field.
I went to Ajax
