Abstract
This project was undertaken under the supervision of Professor Helmer
Aslaksen and was completed as partial fulfilment of an independent study
module. The report focuses on visualisation problems involved in mod-
elling astronomical phenomena, with particular reference to how the analemma
can be explained and depicted using graphical figures.
