Overview:
This course is designed to assist students to improve their skills and confidence as effective communicators in
an organizational context. Students will explore the issues faced by organizations in communicating internally
with employees and externally with diverse public groups. This course focuses on both oral and written
communications.
Required Text:
Locker, Kaczmarek, Braun, Business Communication: Building Critical Skills (4th Canadian Edition). McGraw-
Hill Ryerson, 2010.
